Tongda Electronics has build up a mature and stable R&D team of high professionalism, rich experience, dedication to RF connectors. In the meantime, its collaborates with Nanjing University and Jiangsu University , research bodies of connectors in China.

Currently, the R&D team consists of 3 senior engineers, 9 engineers, 7 juniors and 4 technical consultants.

Lead by General Manager, Mr.Yin Guoping, the R&D team, by continue innovation and introduction of new technologies, has helped to bring the company to world leading position in the connector industry. Some parameters of Tongda's products are better than its international fellow companies.

 Tongda Electronic R&D is equipped with CAD/CAM, softwares for design of transmission line and impedance matching, softwares for electro-magnetic simulation and analysis, and other RF design softwares. It has been engaged in radio frequency coaxial connectors development nearly for 16 years, and most R&D staffs has R&D experience for more than 10 years.
